  • Handoff-only by default. Secure porch pickup/drop-back is optional and must be pre-approved.
  • Knives must be safely wrapped (towel, cardboard, sleeve, or container). No loose knives accepted.
  • Cancellations within 2 hours of a scheduled window may incur a $10 fee.

Please wrap items safely in a towel, cardboard, protective sleeve, or container. We can’t accept loose knives.
Do you offer porch pickup/drop-back?+
Handoff is the default. Secure porch pickup/drop-back is available only by prior approval, with sealed packaging and text confirmation.
What happens if I cancel last minute?+
Cancellations within 2 hours of a scheduled pickup/drop-back window may incur a $10 fee.
What do you sharpen?+
Kitchen knives, scissors, and many garden tools. If you’re not sure, bring it by or send a photo.
How much does it cost?+
Kitchen knives start at $10 each. Other items vary by size and condition — you’ll always know the price before we proceed.
Do you repair chips or damaged edges?+
Minor chips can often be improved, but results depend on the blade and damage. We’ll assess and confirm before doing any extra work.
Do you do both home pickup and drop-off?+
Yes. You can request home pickup + drop-back, or book a drop-off slot. We’ll confirm the final timing and pricing before work starts.
How do I book?+
